Operator-led advisory for the medspa industry.

"I built this practice for the operators I wished I'd had access to when I was figuring this out on my own."

The story behind Vitality By Michelle

Michelle McClain has spent her career inside the medspa and wellness industry — first as an operator running her own practice, then as a consultant advising medspa owners across Florida and the broader United States. The advisory practice she now leads grew out of the same pattern she saw repeat across hundreds of operator conversations: smart, established medspa owners who recognized the strategic case for ozone therapy, but had no trusted, operator-grounded resource to help them integrate it without disrupting the rest of their business.

Most operators ended up trying to figure it out alone — buying equipment from random vendors, cobbling together protocols from internet research, and hoping their staff could sell and deliver something they didn't fully understand. The results were predictable: equipment sitting under-utilized, patients confused about the offering, revenue underperforming what the modality was capable of.

Vitality By Michelle is the answer to that pattern. The practice is structured around the realities of running a working medspa, not the theory of one. Every recommendation is calibrated against operational constraints — staff bandwidth, facility design, patient acquisition channels, brand positioning, and the dozens of small frictions that determine whether a new service line ever reaches its potential.

Michelle is based in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and advises medspa operators nationwide. When she's not in a client diagnostic or on a strategic call, she continues to operate her own wellness practice — a discipline she considers essential to staying calibrated to what actually works in the field.

M

Operating principles of the practice.

i.

Operators come first.

Consultants who haven't operated a medspa give advice that doesn't survive contact with a real schedule, a real staff, or a real patient base. Every decision in this practice is built around what actually works inside a working business — not what looks good in a deck.

ii.

Demand exists. Execution is the gap.

Patients are already asking for advanced wellness modalities. The strategic question isn't whether to offer ozone — it's how to offer it without breaking the rest of your operation. That gap is what this practice closes.

iii.

Throughput matters as much as margin.

A premium service at low volume is a hobby. The real business case for ozone therapy is sustained throughput at premium per-session economics — which is why integration, sales coaching, and (when warranted) outbound systems matter as much as the equipment itself.
